Best in Bags // Talents Not Importing

Good afternoon.

Since yesterday (Tuesday 4/11/23 reset) the Best in Bags feature is not importing talents from the in-game export. On the site: Edit Talents allows manual talent selection. Reset All only works alongside a website reload. Use Last Imported Talents does not work. Loadouts do not appear in the dropdown menu.

If you could provide a snapshot of your character that would help. Instructions on how to do that here:

New "Help" Link Support Feature

Next to the big section titles of the optimizer features (“Best in Bags”, “Upgrade Finder”, etc.) there is a “help” link in green. Short Version: you will get much faster support if you press the “help” link next to whatever feature you need help with, then click Create Support Post, then copy the generated 32-character snapshot ID into your post with a description of your issue. Nine times out of ten if you don’t do this, we’ll have to ask you for the snapshot anyway before we can help you. B…

Thanks, we’ll fix that in an update today.

Blizzard has a bad talent in the unholy tree… this last patch seems to have removed it from some of the raw game data, but in-game it is still reporting the existence of this fake/deleted/invisible node and messing things up.
