I’m trying to create a BiS list of items only obtainable via mythic+. Whenever I set the filter to mythic dungeons only I get a list of items all of which are from raids.

Am I missing something?
When I load your snapshot, every single item is locked (the orange lock icon to the left of the item name in the table). Click those icons to unlock the items and allow the optimizer to modify the gear in those slots.
Note that it will always include items in your inventory – you already have some set items.
