Using BiB for my Subtlety Rogue and Mr. Robot is thinking I have 2 of the Deep-Dweller’s Dirk…
I have searched all bags for it, nothing. If I click on the items, “It is already equipped…”
I have deleted my character, etc. Same results.
Any ideas ?
Could you post a snapshot ID by using the “help” link next to the big Best in Bags section header on the website, then click “Create Support Post” on the popup and copy the 32-digit ID here.
With that I can recreate your exact inventory and see why this might be happening. We have a big update for 11.0.5 coming on Tuesday, so if there is a bug I can work a fix into that update.
Thanks,
I was further questing and my choice was a weapon, and the new weapon is main slot weapon and the Deep-Dweller is now the offhand weapon.
I’ve also noticed, not sure if “by design” or what, Mr. Robot doesn’t access the Warband bank slots.

Thanks for the snapshot. Looking at that, the addon is seeing two Deep-Dweller’s Dirk of the Harmonious in your inventory in-game. The game assigns a unique identifier to each item, and we’re seeing two copies of that item with different unique identifiers.
We do scan your warbank tabs. You have to actually open up your bank for us to scan it though.
In rare cases some old data can get cached by our addon. You can completely reset all cached item data in our addon by opening your bank once, then activating each of your specs once, and then export to our website again.
I did all that, but it still gave the problem.
Sorry, I wasn’t specific about the warbank tabs. The addon does scan the tabs, but does not equip the item(s).
Before that tab was added to the game, I’d get the warning Mr. Robot couldn’t find the item, check your bank, opening the bank, Mr. Robot would find the item and equip it.
Now, I get the error message, I open my bank “activate” again, and nothing changes. I will change to the warbank tabs, activate, no changes. Then I search for the item in the warbank tab, place it into my bags manually, error message, “not bound to you”, manually equip, all is well with your addon…
Yeah in general, our addon will not equip items that are not bound to you, which would include every item in your warbank. You have to manually accept that you want to bind it to your character.
It may be possible for us to override that warning in the game… but we don’t really want to, just in case you don’t actually want to do that as there is no going back.
