Sometimes old item data can get cached in the in-game addon and cause issues on the website. Usually this happens if you haven’t played a character in a long time, but it can sometimes happen for other reasons. In most cases the following will resolve any related issues: Go in-game, and make sure the AMR addon windows is closed.
