Sometimes old item data can get cached in the in-game addon and cause issues on the website. Usually this happens if you haven’t played a character in a long time, but it can sometimes happen for other reasons. In most cases the following will resolve any related issues:
- Go in-game, and make sure the AMR addon windows is closed.
- Go to your bank, leave it open for 1 or 2 seconds – that’s enough time for our addon to scan it.
- Using the in-game talent UI, activate each of your specs once.
- Open the AMR addon window and export as usual.
This will reset all cached data in the addon.
Then on the website, after optimizing, press UNLOCK ALL if it is enabled at the bottom-right of the gear table, then re-optimize. That will ensure that a lock that somehow got out of sync isn’t causing the problem.
Then you can redo your locks and settings as you see fit – everything should be in sync again.
