I have three equipped relics. BIB does not recognize them. hey do not appear in the gear score and it recommends equipping three relics from my bags.

You can fix this by opening up your artifact interface in-game while the addon is enabled. The only way for the addon to read the information is to open the actual UI. Same with the Netherlight Crucible - you have to go open the actual crucible so that the addon can pick up the information.
