A few days ago something happened to my BiB comparisons.
The gear upgrades to be swapped were no longer highlighted on the page.
They just show up the same and you need to look over the item names to see which ones to change out.
Any thoughts on how to change it back?
Looks like maybe something didn’t fully load on that page or it encountered a javascript error… could you post the string of data that you copy from the addon to the website? With that I can try to reproduce your case.

it doesn’t seem to be a browser related error - just tested with internet explorer, chrome and edge - all gave the same issue
I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue with the string that mav0ric posted… anyone have another one that I could try?

Still not seeing what was shown in that screenshot… are you using a custom gearing strategy?
ah - i dont know why, but it hadnt picked any strategy (singletarget, multitaget)
no idea why that suddenly changed - its working now that ive picked a strategy
Ah… yeah that could be it, might be an issue when we did the update where the internal ID of the strategy changed. I’ll see if we can put in a check for that and make sure that it picks a default when it loads.

I also have a problem with BiB not working correctly. I used the import from addon function to get my currently equipped gear and talent choices. My first problem is that Mr. Robot shows 5 items that I don’t have and have never had. I’ve used the bag search function and that confirms my visual inspection. The second problem is Mr. Robot is showing different legendaries as BiB from the ones it recommends on it’s own site.

If you see items that you don’t think you have, it is usually one of two things:
They are in your bank or void storage somewhere. Go open your bank and void storage once and it will refresh any data in our addon.
You haven’t activated one of your specs in a while. Switch to each spec once in-game.
After doing that, export again, see if now your inventory data matches up with what you actually own.
