BiB selecting gear I do not have?

For some reason, Mr. Robot is selecting two items for my toon that I am unable to find.

340 7th legion handguards and 355 Deadwash Hauberk

I have searched my bags, bank, and such. Am I missing something? Is it my lack of caffeine? Thanks.

Usually this happens if you delete an item (or move it to void storage). Usually you can fix it by simply activating each of your specs once in-game, and then opening your bank once, and export to the website again. That should reset all saved inventory data.

Alas, this did not work…

Every time you export, we scan your bags, and every time you open your bank, we scan your bank… not sure how items would show up that you don’t own. Did you have them at one point and then scrap them?

You could try moving an item from your inventory to the bank, and then back again… see if that makes a difference and triggers it to update.

I will triple check everything. I even deleted the add-on, and added it back, and redid the starting directions…I do appreciate the feedback.

Usually deleting the addon itself won’t do much – you need to delete the settings found in the world of warcraft WTF folder to completely reset an addon (I think some utilities like the Twitch App might do this for you automatically). If you need to do it manually, our settings are found in:

WTF\Account\Your Account\SavedVariables\AskMrRobot.lua

There is usually also a file called AskMrRobot.lua.bak – you can delete that too. You must do this while WoW is not running (completely exit the game).

You will notice in my first posting I clearly asked if I was “missing something.” Why did you not respond and let me know I was missing my brain? I am thankful I only got a bit irritated with the “account on hold” message and not with your well-intentions attempts to help me. So…what (besides my brain) was I missing? Somehow the stupid user must have clicked off one of his bags (the stupid user, of course, being me)…I went to my Mage and wondered, wow, what happened to all my herbs…(same issue, a missing bag). Thank you for your patience and understanding. I am still not sure what was the issue with my account being on hold…but let’s be honest, I just added a bag full of gear and mats for all my toons…yeah I am happy.

np, glad you got it sorted out. I never assume someone is wrong because there are endless combinations of gear that a person could have or ways that they got it… you never know!
