When following best in bags for Frost Raid setup it tries to leave my wrist slot empty.
You have an unusual case… your settings are restricting it to one-handed weapons, and your only available one-handed weapons have crafted embellishments. Then, your only available wrist item has a crafted embellishment. You cannot equip 3 items with crafted embellishments at the same time.
You will need to obtain a wrist or a one-handed weapon that does not have an embellishment, or use your two-handed weapon.
