BiB suggesting weapon that is no longer in Warbank or Bank Slots

The holy specs for my paladin are suggesting a weapon, Dalaran Defender’s Hatchet, that is no longer in either my warbank or in the bank slots of this character. I do remember having collected and storing that weapon back at the start of the expansion (if I remember correctly, it came from the pre-expansion patch), and had it stored in the warbank for a while. However I cleared up a bunch of warbound items a few months ago. I’ve double-checked every bank slot and my bags on this character, and the hatchet is not in any of them.

My guess is the addon has it stored in a cache somewhere, but even when I open up my warbank slots with the addon open, it hasn’t updated what is in there, and still thinks this weapon is in there somewhere. Can you remind me how I can get the addon to take a fresh update from my bank slots, without having to completely delete the addon and reinstall it? Is there a way to clear the cache for an individual character, without having to clear everything for all my characters?

Every time you show the Export tab on the AMR addon with the text to copy, it completely overwrites all information for your currently equipped items and whatever is in your bags.

Whenever you open the bank, it scans and refreshes all of your bank information – it completely overwrites it with what you currently have.

The only other place that we cache gear information is for each of your specs, we remember the last-seen gear when that spec was active. So you can activate each spec once to ensure we don’t have an old item saved on a rarely-used spec.

That should completely update all cached gear information without requiring a re-install. If you still have an old item hanging around after that, I can tell you how to manually delete the cache for that character in the settings file.
