BiS does nothing for my Warlock?

I can’t seem to display BiS items for my character. It will only show the gear that I currently have equipped? Although, all of my other characters will display BiS items. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

You have the Max ilvl set to zero. Delete that and your problem is solved!
