The BiS for that Snapshot doesn’t seem to acknowledge any Talents – you may want to re-Import your data after a visit to your Bank & after opening all/any spec. views you want to be considered…
Yeah choosing some talents would get around the issue I think – I’ll take a look at it and try to fix this error though.
