BIS Issue - Recommending equipped item

Best In Slot keeps recommending that I equip a necklace that is already equipped. Noticed this issue several times over the past month or so.

Just finished adding gems to the neck and it recognized I was already wearing the necklace now. Not sure if its asking for a different item because of the gem difference or what.

As equipped, your neck item did not have any sockets. The website was telling you to put sockets on it (and fill them).

There is a setting to control that:

Thanks, I caught on to this shortly after. Would be more intuitive if it just highlighted the gems instead of making you feel you had the wrong neck equipped.
