I’m prepping a shopping list before I start spending rerolls, and I was curious about how the Best in Slot system handles the changes to catalyst charges this season. Since secondary stats now stay with the gear when being catalyzed, it makes those pieces a bit more complicated. However, a comparison of my BiS list with the default tier pieces seems to indicate that BiS is not trying to do that at all. Is that accurate, or are the default stats the actual ideal?
