Not all will be able to use this as it takes up a debuff slot. Some setups will give 6p on your bis list - is there a way to avoid?
My understanding is that this effect is used up by anyone, so it wouldn’t stay on for very long. I give it a reduced value in the calculations. If you don’t want to use it, you could exclude a few pieces of that set from the optimizer so that it cannot complete the bonus.
I wonder if you have multiple mages using it if it would not really be much of an issue with debuff slots because it would only stay on for such a short period of time from any one mage?
