For an enhancement Doom Winds build, BiS is selecting the head slot for the legendary, which precludes use of the unholy shard set bonus. Manually locking the legendary to the cloak slot produces a higher dps set.
Yeah, looks like the optimizer isn’t finding the right solution there. We’ll look into it.

Still working on it, should have some improvements later today or tomorrow. I’m trying to get it to find better shard and legendary combos without dramatically increasing the run time of the optimizer.
We just posted an update that should improve handling of the shard bonus and legendaries combinations.
