“Screaming Black Dragonscale” is showing with two “Equip” actions, where the second one is actually a “Use”.

It is also ignored by the “Max On-Use Items” setting, being recommended alongside “Vial of Animated Blood” despite having a value of 1 selected.

This issue is not present in the upgrade finder.

We explicitly don’t treat that as an “on use” trinket because the use effect didn’t seem that relevant for dungeon/raid scenarios.

I’ll look into why the tooltip parsed the 2nd part as an equip rather than use effect for display purposes.
