The selected armor embellishment “Rolling Shadowflame” seems missing on “Vibrant Wildercloth Shawl” in Upgrade Finder.
I’ll take a look why that wasn’t flagged as an allowed embellishment on that item. The raw data extracted from the game for crafted variants is a study in spaghetti code – probably some change that the parser didn’t like.
