After importing a character that has ring enchants and using BiB, the left panel with the original items doesn’t show ring ehcnants. The middle panel shows enchants just fine, as if they weren’t added but already existed. The right panel shows +24 spell power for 2 “new” enchants and therefore +1% dps increase.

For TBC Classic you need to specify your professions manually (Enchanting is required for those ring enchants). You can do this by clicking the “hamburger” icon at the top-left of the page next to your character name/icon, and then choose your professions and press save.
The issue… is that importing from the addon is resetting those to None! The next update will fix that, and then you can set your professions again and they won’t get reset on future imports.
Will that help with ‘no enchant’ in BiB on a current gear tab? Even setting professions manually doesn’t help.

You will have to wait until we do a website update, set your professions, then import again. Then it will work as expected.
