I keep getting higher ilvl trinkets but amr just refuses to replace this 880 ilvl trinket I have. I’ve wasted quite a bit of argunite trying to get something that amr will use with no luck.
If you post your export string from the addon, I can take a look and possibly explain why it doesn’t like the higher ilvl trinket.
Unfortunately, ilvl doesn’t always equate to power for all items.

The only two higher item level options I see in your bag are both damage effect trinkets. BiB is keeping the Garothi Feedback Conduit on and then using an 880 stat stick. That looks like reasonable advice. Those other trinkets won’t help you much.
Which gearing strategy are you using, btw? It looks like all three favor a similar trinket setup, except the raid healing one prefers the haste stat stick over the mastery, which makes sense compared to the Shaohao gearing strategy.
The issue is with the Windwalker spec. I have a 910 dps trinket but despite that, it keeps the 880 equipped. I’m using the single target strategy.
Yeah, that’s just because faulty countermeasure is really bad for Windwalker. Damage proc effects are really weak compared to stats, especially when not spec’d into Serenity.
