Can't use BiS function

I can’t use BiS, it keeps sending me this kind of message when I try to use it. It started at this season, I thought this could be just a temporal issue, but no. Please help

If you could follow the instructions in that screenshot to create a snapshot ID, I can try your setup and we should be able to figure it out pretty quickly and post a fix.
