See below, chest and hands are 250 & 233 from Season 1, but it seems to think it can upgrade them to S2 set pieces.
I’ll take a look – seems we might need to export another piece of information to link the item to a particular season.
We gave up trying to determine this from characteristics of the item like where it drops, item level, etc. b/c Blizzard is pretty inconsistent. We read it directly from API calls in-game instead. I’ll see if there is a way to get the extra information that we need.

You can respond to that thread if you run into any issues with the new behavior. You will need to re-import from the addon for it to take effect.
