Change email and Robot won't let me

I need some help and I don’t know where else to post it. I’ve been trying to change my email since my old email is no longer valid and hasn’t been for years. Every time I’ve ever tried to change it, it doesn’t let me. All it says is that my confirmation email and new email don’t match. I need to change it to the email I’m now using. My only other recourse is to just create a new account which I don’t want to do. Can someone help?
