That’s a good question! We’ll take a look at your snapshot tomorrow and see why it is showing a stat difference when your gear is not changing.
Those differences are coming from talents. This probably happened due to the talent reset after the patch.
Go back to setup, then click Edit Talents under the “Step 1” column. Either fill them in manually, or you can click “Use last imported talents” at the bottom of the talent editor window to use the last talents that we saw in-game for that spec.
Once you have a full talent build everything should look as expected.

Unless the talents are blank or it is a new setup, we typically do not overwrite your setup’s talents. We do it like this because you might have multiple setups for a spec with different talents, and there’s no way for us to know which of those setups to overwrite on import – so we let the user decide when and which setups to update.
