I recently learned that Faeline Stomp has a chance to reset with each target (enemy/ally) hit with Chi Burst, rather than when you cast it. This means in most AoE or raid situations, you are very likely to reset the cooldown of faeline stomp whenever you cast Chi Burst, especially with Faeline Harmony/Unity. From what I can tell in the theory, it resets on all spells cast.
This is probably minor, but could undervalue Faeline Harmony/Unity legendaries and Way of the Fae conduit.
As a side note, I noticed the simulator has the Storm Earth and Fire pets casts Chi Burst when the player casts it. They no longer do so.
