When I did my query for BIS it showed two version of gear. I assume it is either SOD or TBC but I am on classic side.
I would need more information – the easiest would be a snapshot, which you can create by clicking the “help” link next to the big Best in Slot section header.
Then let me know which particular item you think is not available in classic but is showing up on the site.
