BiS tells me that the trinket Concoction: Kiss of Death from delve is BiS. I’m not 100% certain, but I don’t think this trinket exists in this season. It’s not in the list of buyable delve trinkets at least, New Delve Trinket Vendor Unlocked With Delver's Journey - Wowhead News

I can remove the source for that trinket if it is not dropping for this season. It is a little unclear to me if that vendor has all of the available trinkets or just a selection of them.
