I think there’s confusion on weapon enchants with my setup. It says to replace my tier 2 Authority of the Depths with tier 1 and that it will result in a 1.65% DPS increase. Doesn’t seem reasonable to me. What do you think?

I’ll take a look – there’s probably something going on due to the fact that you have almost all tier 2 enchants on your gear, but you are restricting the optimizer to tier 1 enchants.
It can get very complicated to give a good result when what you are willing to do on your gear is less restrictive than the settings you have given to the optimizer – all sorts of edge cases pop up. I’ll see if I can fix this one, but in general we highly recommend that if you are using mostly Tier 2 gems/enchants that you allow the optimizer to actually pick Tier 2 gems and enchants.
edit: I think that I found the issue and we’ll fix it in the next site update. Yeah there was a spot where it was filtering out combinations that used your original enchants as an option – since there are so many gear combinations we do a lot of fancy pruning of the search space, and there was a spot that was not checking and keeping cases where your weapon had its current “invalid” enchant as an option.
