Optimizer is showing Lesser Rune of Twilight Devastation as best helm rune enchant for Balance Druid, however both WH & IV are saying Lesser Rune of Void Ritual is better. Is that accurate?

They are going to be pretty close by my estimation… the closer your gear level gets to mythic raid upgraded gear levels, the better void ritual will be. The lower your overall gear level, the better twilight devastation will be.
I was able to match up the spell data to the in-game tooltips for all of the corruption runes except twilight devastation. For now, I manually modified twilight devastation to match the in-game tooltip’s damage value, and then I used the target scaling blizzard posted (35% less damage per target hit).
It is a little weird how they chose to display that one… if anyone actually has twilight devastation, let me know… a quick test on some target dummies could clear it up pretty quick.
I was able to poke through a few combat logs… we’ll have an update today with some adjustments to the corruption rune effects. I have no idea how/why blizzard is showing the tooltip value that they are… it doesn’t seem to track with the actual damage that twilight devastation is doing.
