The Arcanoweave Cloak is an embellished item that is wearable by any armor type character but its embellishment requires a two set that must include either Arcanoweave Treads or Arcanoweave Bracers. Since non cloth wearers can’t use cloth boots or cloth bracers they can never actually get an embellishment even though equipping the Arcanoweave Cloak uses up one of the two allowed embellishments.
Quick Rank listed Arcanoweave Cloak as the best crafted cloak for my mail wearing Hunter. Once Equipped, Best in Bags immediately recognized that it was not providing any embellishment benefit and that I should reequip my old cloak. I am out 80 Mythic Crests and a few thousand gold in mats. Plus, I am having to make this post!
This needs to be fixed so that misleading recommendations are not made to other non cloth wearers.
Just looked on my own Tailor & I can’t see what is added to the Cloak to make it Embellished like some other similarly Embellished items; not disputing what you’re stipulating, but it does seem odd that the item ‘set bonus’ is the Embellishment… not how I would expect Embellisments to work.
By way of assisting your specific case, would it be possible to post a Snapshot ID for the character in question, please?

I think this is an issue with the “set bonus prediction” setting for quick rank – when enabled, it will rank the arcanoweave cloak as if you have the set bonus active. You can disable that option to see how it would rank without the set bonus.
We can add a check for that particular set to ignore the set bonus prediction option for non-cloth specs.
It looks like you have made a change to the quick rank. With the Arcanoweave Cloak temporarily vendored, I now see that Arcanoweave Cloak (and its various cousins) is now at the bottom of the rankings. This happens with or without set bonus being checked.
A strange bug but now it looks fixed.

Yes, sorry I forgot to follow up. I did post an update such that the set bonus prediction option will not look at this set bonus unless you are a cloth-wearing spec.
