With the cap being lifted on crests this week, I went crazy. I have a Stormsigil of Ra-den’s Chosen (waist) at 5/6 myth. When I check for crest upgrades, AMR says upgrading that will result in a 1.09% DPS loss. I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that’s a bug.

Yeah, that doesn’t seem right. I’m working on another case that may be related to this. Something seems to be going on with the upgrade finder crest search.
Unfortunately @yellowfive is on vacation and the upgrade finder code is all his. The chances of me being able to debug this are kinda low, we might have to wait until he gets back 
This issue will be fixed in the next site update, sometime later today.
The issue stemmed from a minor bug with a new feature we have been testing under the hood for a few weeks – consumable optimization. We have an update soon to add UI that shows suggested potion, flask, and temporary weapon enchants on the Best in Bags results. There was an edge case with dual-wield specs causing that consumable optimization from Best in Bags to get de-synchronized with the Upgrade Finder results. The relative rankings were still fine, but everything was shifted down by a small amount.
