I am seeing this trinket as an upgrade in a heroic version, but I can’t seem to find any actual in-game source of the trinket other than the champion-level quest reward. According to the rankings it drops from delves. Is this a database error on AMR’s part or am I missing something?

According to Wowhead, the Trinket is a The Singularity - Renown 7 weekly Quest reward option, for completing the Stormarion Assault/Defence event, that is ‘only’ available as Champion Track.
Thank for the kind reply. However, I think you missed the actual question. AMR lists the crucible as a heroic track version in upgrade lists, which as you say is not in agreement with information available at wowhead.
We’ll update that in the next site update, looks like it was incorrectly picked up as a Delve drop instead of as a quest reward for that chain in voidstorm. Once we do that it should only show the one version of it that is available.
