Is it possible to set a maximum threshold for stats in the customization tool and not just minimum? For example, post nerf TK fights are so easy now, I can spam AB for some entire fights and I don’t need any hit above 6% on my mage. It would be nice to have an option to cap a stat at a maximum for this.

We don’t have a max setting - usually because the optimizer handles it implicitly. If you wouldn’t get more damage by increasing a stat, it won’t do so.
If you are optimizing for a really short fight, make sure to set the fight length accordingly. And give yourself extra mana consumables, etc. if you are using them. The optimizer code will handle it all for you.
