Looked up your account: on March 4th you contacted us, and we asked that you confirm your request for account security reasons. We received your email reply at 8:17 AM this morning. It looks like you posted this at 8:05 AM this morning… we can’t respond to emails before receiving them! Though that would be a cool magic trick.
