Delve trinket missing from Upgrade Finder

[Shadowguard’s Twisted Harvester] still missing from Upgrade Finder. Found from Zah’ran, the delve trinket vendor. The others he has on him when I got him are showing fine (screenshot attached) but nothing for this item.

We currently have that trinket filtered to only tanks, as it isn’t that useful for other specs.
