Could you explain to me why “Wilfred’s Sigil of Superior Summoning” would not help in single target dmg ?

It should have some value… not sure why it’s showing up zero there. The value tends to be very low in our simulations for single target, though. There is a chance that it fell below the threshold and didn’t get ranked in this case.
