Playing DK blood and druid balance shows that deselecting gems and enchants (usually does that wihile lvl’ing alts) does not work.
Copy/paste from game to app seems to work else.
I would need to see a snapshot of your specific case to comment – press the “help” link next to the big “Best in Bags” section header, and post the generated 32-digit code here. With that I can try your character.
I’m assuming that you are talking about setting the Gem and Enchant filters to “None”. Those options are working just fine for most people, so there must be something specific to your case.
In your screenshot, see the “help” link next to “tutorial” and “Best in Bags” at the top? Press that, it will pop up a window with a 32-digit code – copy that and post it here, then I can try your case.
If I had to guess: your higher priority guardian setup is allowing gems and enchants. When a lower priority setup runs, it will not change gems/enchants chosen for a higher priority setup.
You can drag and drop your setups (right above where it says “The order matters” in big yellow text on the left) to change the priority and make Balance your top priority, or, you can set the gem and enchant filter to None on your Guardian setup as well.
But that’s just a guess – I would need to try your snapshot to see if something else is going on.

perhaps it’s due to the character not being at max level yet (for me), but i never hat the issue before.
My previous post applies to your case as well – your Fire setup is higher priority than your Frost setup, and you are allowing enchants on your Fire setup. Then when it optimizes your second priority Frost setup it leaves the chosen enchants from your Fire setup.
