Does not recognize the premium account

when I click on best in bag it says “This feature requires an active premium account,
which gets you lots of cool stuff!” but i have premium account :frowning:

Sometimes an issue like this can be fixed by logging out and back in. If that doesn’t work, email us via the contact page at Contact - Ask Mr. Robot, and someone will get back to you within 24 hours and work with you to resolve the issue.
