Best in bags gives me strange solutions.
It suggests that I should change the primordial gems (recommended by icyveins for warlock affli) and… replace my Onyx Annulet 424 with Onyx Annulet 411
The item level of the annulet is based on the item level of the gems in it… you have ilvl411 gems so the annulet will end up ilvl411 as well.
If that doesn’t seem correct, make sure that you have the latest version of our in-game addon (v123 or later) and try updating your character again. We had to add special code to read the stone item levels in the latest version.
I have version v124 of the addon.

This is very strange, now it tells me to change onyx amulet 424 for a ring 389 it gives a best in bags result, and it gives me a result of -5.02% dps
Press “Unlock All” at the bottom-right of the result table and then “Re-Optimize”.
You locked your onyx annulet to have empty sockets. Remove those locks and it can put in stones and give you the proper result.
