Hi guys, I have a problem when I try to optimize one of my toons, and the website sends me this message.

Could you help me fix it?**

Copy the snapshot ID above and create a post on our forum describing what you were doing when the error happened.

Don’t forget the snapshot ID! It really helps us track down the issue more quickly.

We just posted an update that resolves this issue – it happens when you have an incomplete talent tree.

The error should be fixed now, but make sure to check your talents and fill them out to get a better optimization result.
