Error using AMR import

I keep getting an error when importing my character string.

Steps to reproduce:

Load Character
Import Character
Click BiB
Wait 20 minutes or so
Try to import again
Error

I also get a javascript error with this error, hopefully it helps with debugging.

Could you also post the character string that is causing a problem?

I tried this with my own character and could not reproduce the issue.

From the stack trace and error message, it seems like an http request is getting interrupted. This almost seems like a network connection issue between you and our server…

I’ve got nothing special between the server and me, I can try to do a stack trace to the website to see if there’s something that’s causing a network problem

Edit: Scratch that, apparently I can’t ping askmrrobot.com

Yeah I’m not getting the error, so not sure what’s up… I’ll sometimes see an error like this when I’m doing development and I cancel a request while it is still running. Wonder if something is causing connections to drop for you.

Is there anyway you can think of for me to diagnose it? I can’t ping the web server so I can’t do a trace route.

I don’t have any great ideas for how to diagnose this one unfortunately… a 400 error usually indicates a malformed request. I don’t see any similar errors in our server log, and have received no other reports of this happening recently. I don’t see any errors for the character “fenyo” either… meaning it is failing before it even gets to reading your character’s info.

Do you have anything that could be causing malformed requests, such as browser plugins or antivirus software? Some of these things have been known to mangle requests or strip out headers.

I’ll disable all my chrome addons and see if it still happens. No Antiviruses
