We just posted an update that should resolve this issue. Please let us know if you continue to have any issues and we’ll look into it right away.

Note that a few posts got picked up by the forum’s spam prevention, probably because a lot of posts were created in a short amount of time due to this bug. If your post got rejected don’t worry, it’s not because you did anything wrong!

We apologize for this error that affected so many users. It was relatively easy to fix, but I’m working on adding a new set of use cases to the automated regression tests we run before posting updates to ensure similar such issues won’t slip through again.
