It seems that something got out of sync with your character somehow… we’ll put in some checks to avoid this error in the future.
In the meantime, I believe you could resolve this error by going in-game, opening your bank once, and also activating each of your specs once, then return to your Protection spec in-game and export to our website again. In theory that should clear up this issue.
I just wanted to say that this issue happened to me as well (i.e., no upgrade suggestions). It seemed to occur after switching from Assassination spec to Outlaw.

I don’t think that your issue is the same as the original poster.
Our last update changed the settings for the Valorstones/Crests search to have a new “Max Upgrade Threshold” setting. You have it set to “Valorstones”. It appears that you don’t have any upgrades that can be done with just valorstones. You would need to increase your threshold to allow using crests to do upgrades.
I thought that we defaulted that to the highest setting on this update (Gilded Crests) which would allow any upgrade… but it seems that it got set to the lowest value in your case. We’ll look into that.
