Feature Request: Ignore Movement Requiring Traits

Seductive Power requires a high level of awareness to spot it triggering, and where to move.
And also seems to often require quite a bit of movement to get to and activate.
Secrets of the Deep was similar (although not nearly as bad).

Ignoring the awareness required to spot them, the movement to activate them isn’t always possible. E.g. can’t move boss while tanking, would be too close to other mob packs in M+, burst phase, etc.
As such these traits can be potentially useless - no matter how high they otherwise rate/sim.

Can we get an flag in the various Step 2: Set Options to exclude movement requiring effects?
