Find Upgrade feature dont work anymore

Each time I load my char using the addon and try to find upgrades I am ending up with a broken list of my current items. AMR has no upgrades, nor lists he downgrades. He even leaves some slots empty, suggesting not wearing a back or chest would be BIS.

There is no way to contact support. (Help section mentioned a support button but there is none on any page.

Any suggestion what I can do to fix amr or get support?

This forum is the best and fastest way to get support.

The issue with Best in Slot in your screenshot is that you have set the maximum item level to 1 in your filters in the setup step. Remove that, and it should behave better.
