Fire Mage Oddities - Onyx Annulet

Suggesting I use the onyx annulet for my fire mage. Pretty sure this was nerfed to oblivion, so I question it. In general, I’m feeling less confident about the robots’ suggestions after all the changes to fire. Seems to favor crit heavily. Think it needs a looking at.

We did reduce the value of all damage effects for primordial stones per the spell data (~40% reduction for all of them).

What in particular are you expecting to see instead of what it is choosing?
