With the last update, MW got some change but it shouldn’t have changed stats ditribution and now everything go into mastery ?

FIXED !
Yeah we just did an update with all the 10.1.7 stuff (sorry it was a day late), and yeah the talent positions for resto druid and mistweaver got moved around so they needed to be reset.
