Fury preferring a low lvl trinket over Darkmoon trinket

My question is:
AMR recomend to switch my Darkmoon Deck: Voracity for a ilvl 85
Humming Black Dragonscale from LFR Ny’alotha i was keeping on my bags even if it is 7.25% downgrade acording to AMR optimizer

Usually this happens if your max on-use trinket setting is set to 1, and your only higher-level trinkets are all on-use, so it has to go pretty low to find a non-use trinket. Increase your setting to 2 and it should resolve the issue.
