Please could you investigate why the Aldor or Scryer rep inscription item is not available to pick? I am also pretty sure I cannot get the item it recommends for me at the moment in Phase 1?

for the Scryer/Aldor inscription - you need to set your Shattrath faction. Use the “hamburger” menu next to your character name and set it.
