I have relogged a number of times and restarted pc, cleared all caches even installed a different internet browser
why is it doing this any ideas people

Have you opened up your bank and void storage recently with the addon installed? Sometimes that helps clear it out.
Otherwise you could delete the addon and its saved variables and reinstall the addon, that would clear it out for sure.
Yes , tried all that . removed wtf file also, if i knew exactly what file i was looking for i could remove it manually , but i cant find anything in wow folder that relates

Can you post the addon export string and tell us which item it is that you no longer own?
